Jammu, January 09 (Scoop News) –Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of NPP and a human rights activist strongly condemned brutal mutilation of bodies of the two Indian Soldiers by Pakistan’s Army by trespassing into Indian Territory in Poonch District (J&K) which amounted to aggression and violation of UN Resolution on LOC.
Prof. Bhim Singh expressed shock on the failure of Indian Army to monitor the movements of their patrolling soldiers within their own territory. The Nation needs explanation from the Indian Army on the total collapse of the security and signal grid which monitors every movement of the patrolling soldiers. He said that the highly tragic incident might have taken hours for its accomplishment. The Indian Army leadership cannot be absolved from its responsibility.
Is this the right response to CBMs (Confidence Building Measures) taken up by India with its peace loving Pakistan?
