BJP govt essential for J&K’s unity, prosperity: Hari Om

Jammu July 01, (Scoop News)-The upcoming assembly elections are a historic opportunity for people to discard all negative forces represented by Congress and NC and bring to power the genuinely-democratic and people and nation-centric BJP in J&K for its unity and integrity, prosperity and full constitutional integration with India. There is no doubt that politically conscious people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh would seize the opportunity in their own interest and in the larger national interest by making common cause with BJP, the only national party in the real sense of the term. This was stated here today in a press release issued by Prof Hari Om, Political Advisor to State BJP President Jugal Kishore Sharma (MP) in response to the vilification launched against BJP by the defeated, frustrated and desperate Jammu-based NC leaders that BJP was divisive, it polarized the society for vote-bank politics and BJP and PDP and that BJP and PDP were flirting with each other behind the curtain.
“BJP is the only party that treats all citizens as respectable Indians; doesn’t discriminate between social groups, communities and regions; discards policy of appeasement; believes in the doctrine India First and India is one state, one people and nation; advocates the concept of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat; and, unlike fake secular outfits like Congress and NC, sincerely talks about Sabka saath Sabka Vikas,” Prof Hari Om said, adding that the BJP’s victory at the national level, including its historic victory in Jammu and Ladakh, was an endorsement of the party’s ideology, policies and programmes. “The BJP alone can maintain the unity and integrity of India, undo the past wrongs committed by Congress, NC and PDP, harmonize inter-regional relations and ensure equal development of all the three regions of the state,” he further said, and added that both NC and Congress have become totally irrelevant in the state politics, as people across the state have seen through their dubious game plan designed to communalize the state’s polity, society and economy and further the anti-India cause of Pakistan and its handful of Kashmir-based agents in J&K.
“The pro-autonomy NC and pro-1975 Accord Congress stand decimated and have no place whatsoever in the country’s democratic scheme of things. Likewise, the PDP that wants to capture power to misuse and exploit it to drive the state away from India also has no place in the democratic scheme of things in the country,” further said Prof Hari Om. He also asserted now is the time for the BJP and new politics based on democratic and economic issues. “Narendra Modi era full of hope and promise for the future has commenced. People across the nation want good governance, development, national unity, peace, justice and a place for the nation in the comity of self-respecting nations and not the devious concepts and doctrines like greater autonomy and self-rule,” he said, adding that BJP will not leave any stone unturned to stem the rot in J&K and hand down to the people ad administration that delivers and maintains social harmony and communal amity. He expressed hope that NC and Congress would learn lessons from their past mistakes and refrain from vitiating the political environment in J&K for narrow political gains.
