It is disgusting that instead of making decisions in favor of KP employees, who had been living life of slaves in troubled Kashmir, MoS PMO, Dr Jitendra Singh, a young and dynamic political stalwart has nothing to offer to a deputation of KP employees, except lip service and or mourning sharing. Logically, MoS should have issued orders to Chief Secretary of the state and should have ordered what suits to deprived employees.
Putting onus on state governments, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that state dispensation created issues of contention among the section of the displaced community of Kashmiri Pandits. Deputation claimed they were being deprived of privileges that were normally available to government employees. “This is a case of blatant discrimination against a section of government employees. Such callousness on the part of the government does not only create unrest among the employees, but also creates divisions among different groups of employees,” Singh said. “It is not only a violation of the terms and conditions under which a government engages an employee, but is also a violation of law and may not even stand the test of legal scrutiny. Such anomaly, therefore, needs to be redressed without any delay,” he added.
A person at the helm of affairs is alleging deprivation by others, means that minister in question has no interest in the community and its employees (slaves) working in valley. It is not for the first time when BJP had back stabbed to KP community but it had already shown its concern when Nadimarag massacre took place. The then Home Minister instead of taking cognizance contended KP community by saying that he will narrate entire episode of blood shed to them PM, Atalbehari Vajpayee. It is high time when Kashmiri Pandits should come out of phobia of being patriots and well wishers of BJP. They need to emphasize upon the hard work and honesty, leaving all the dreams a side of having BJP on their back.
