Wonders in science, research and technology that have and will come from Russia, China, Brazil and India tell of how other nations they surpass can thrive if determined. These developments have not come by just wish or will; it has been by conscious effort directly or indirectly supported by respective government.
Looking at the status of these nations in science, research and technology, to infer how far they will go in coming years may not be easy. They have works developing, some unannounced, some for future solutions and trials in novel areas.
From developments in Information Technology (IT) to medicine, space science and defense technologies, automobiles to high speed rails and research in computing; these nations are miles ahead of other nations and trail some that appear to be ahead of them.

This should be a new direction for distant space and the United States National Aeronautics Space Administration (NASA) may welcome collaboration. ROSCOSMOS can also look closely into Geo-engineering for Climate Change solutions; troposphere for global warming and stratosphere for the ozone layer.
