Broken truce in Waziristan

 

During Air raids of Pakistan security forces in Waziristan tribal area 50 Taliban militants are killed and hundreds are injured,  Meer Ali, Eiso Khel Khushali, Baroo Khel, Shehbaz Khel and Meelagan areas of Waziristan are adversely affected with heavy bombing done by fighter planes and helicopters of Pakistan Army, since last three days exchange of fire between Pakistan Army and Taliban militants is taking place in different areas of Waziristan, “total 130 Taliban militants are killed, while 45 men of Pakistan Army are also killed in fierce fighting after breach of truce between both during last three days,” Pakistan Army spokesman has said.

“In Meer Ali area of North Waziristan Curfew is imposed, water supply, electricity and telephone communication system is damaged up to the extent that now these facilities are not available in that area, food items are also ended, ordinary citizens in Meer Ali are upset now. 60 dead bodies of militants in which women and children killed in fierce fighting between Taliban militants and Pakistan armed forces are also included are buried now, while dead bodies of Pakistan Army men are handed over to Pakistan Army through Jirga (council of elders) to the government officials by tribesmen. During meeting between delegation of religious scholars of Waziristan, Division Commander Pakistan Armed forces Mr. Ghulam Dastageer Khan and political agent of Waziristan no negotiated settlement of dispute between Taliban militants and Pakistan Armed forces is reached so far” sources have said.
