The law allows for married men to have sexual relationships with other women. He can have a wife and children and other wives if he decides to do so.
Ognian Gergikov said that he was offered from homosexual persons. This means polygamy in the family. This law can make Bulgaria one big harem. The homosexual have a parade in Varna. Ognian Gergikov agrees that this is not right but he voted for this law. Many persons in Bulgaria in the government do not take the right posititon.
