Bush fires across Victoria and New South Wales, some deliberately lit, have killed at least eighty-four people and destroyed at least 750 homes.
The worst areas affected are Kinglake, St Andrews, Humevale, Flowerdale and Wangdong.
Blazes have engulfed many towns within minutes, some people had only minutes to evacuate, to find their paths blocked by fallen trees.
One car was found burned, with the six inhabitants still inside, seemingly trying to have outrun the blazes surrounding them.
Thousands of people are now left homeless, as buses take them out of burned out areas to stay. Towns have simply been wiped off the map now due to the devastation.

In a bid to help those affected, this Tuesday’s one-day-international cricket match in Adelaide will aim to raise money.
Much of Australia’s public are calling on Prime Minister Kevin Rudd to use the $42 billion proposed stimulus package towards helping those affected, rather than his $10 million.
Premier of Victoria, John Brumby, was reduced to a delicate state, as he observed the areas hit.
One of the battling fire fighters, Richard Hoyle, has described it as a “holocaust”.
The Australian Red Cross are asking for donations to help in this disastrous time.
