Nigeria is seriously in hard times where there are serious bombing, killing and kidnapping of victims, Boko haram sect has kidnapped the wife of Cameroon’s vice prime minister in an attack that led to serious multiple deaths. The attack occurred on Sunday morning (27 July 2014) in the town of Kolofata in the far North region leaving six people dead as well as police officers and army.
A local religious leader named Seini Boukar lamine who is also the town’s mayor and five members of his family were also kidnapped in a separate attack on his home, the Cameroonian army had taken the town of Kolofata attack under control after repulsing the militants who had used brutal and unqualified violence.
Boko Haram has massacred hundreds of people this year mostly in the Northeastern part of Nigeria although they have bombed places across the Country.
Boko haram rejects and forbids Western education as they see it as an abomination and a sin and therefore try to out a De facto Islamic State in northern Nigeria.
