More than 45,000 people collected at Buckingham Palace with dreams and joys in their eyes to witness the biggest sporting event, as London is going to be the subsequent venue for the 2012 Olympics. The U.K. has already been a venue in 1908 and 1948. And now, after 64 years, again received the chance to organize the Olympics games. Today on 24th Aug 08 everyone said "Bye-Bye Beijing" as China hosted one of best Olympics ever with fireworks all around the Bird’s Nest stadium and Boris Johnson Mayor of London waving the Olympics flag.
London will have to work really hard to match up to the level of Beijing 08. 2012 London Olympics will be hosted in new venues still under construction and some of the historical old venues in East London will also be used. Would London remain envious or leave Beijing with another amazing Olympic Games? See you in London after 4 years for another extravagant event.
