Care Your Body Properly

We should take proper care of our body as the body is the temple in which our spirit and god live. We can live a healthy life if we follow certain rules in our daily lives. For complete health, we must keep our body and surroundings clean. We should brush our teeth and take a bath everyday. We should keep our hair nails clean and short. We should wear clean clothes. We should eat healthy and hygienic food.

Germs are our invisible enemies. We should be careful and must protect ourselves from them. Though they are tiny they can cause a lot of harm. Cleanliness is the only weapon to fight against these dreadful little organisms as dirt and filth are breeding grounds for them. They enter the body through open wounds, dirt on our hands when we eat without washing them, and through insect bites.
