The Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi issued a notification of commencement of CTET Sept 2014 Examination. In this notification they mentioned that the examinations will be held on 21st September, 2014. If you are giving this examination then you can download theCTET September 2014 admit card from the official website which is www.ctet.nic.in and theCTET exam admit card will be available on the site from 22nd August, 2014. CBSE is conducting that to recruit the eligible candidates and then appoint them on a Teacher post for Class I to VIII.
The candidates who are giving this examination are in huge numbers. CTET is Central teacher eligibility test and you can download your admit card through online mode. Check out some important notes which are given below.
Important dates :
CTET 2014 Online Call Letter issue date : 22-08-2014
Date of Examination : 21.09.2014 (paper II timing : 09.30 AM to 12.00 hours and paper I timing : 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM)
Structure and content of Exam :
Test paper will be off multiple choice questions (MCQs),each carrying one mark, with four alternatives. No -ve marking scheme is there.
There will be 2 papers :
1. Paper I will be for a person who intents to be a teacher for classes I to V.
2. Paper II will be for a person who intents to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.

Total 150 quiz and 150 marks divided in each portion:
1. Child Development & Pedagogy
2. Language I
3. Language II
4. Mathematics
5. Environmental Studies
Content covered in paper II :
Total 150 quiz and 150 marks:
1. Child Development & Pedagogy (compulsory)
2. Language I (compulsory)
3. Language II (compulsory)
4. (a) For Mathematics and Science teacher : 60 MCQs 60 Marks Mathematics and Science
(b) For Social Studies/Social Science teacher: 60 MCQs 60 Marks Social Science
(c) For any other teacher – either (a) or (b)
Allotted Centre code, address , Roll number will be mentioned on Call Letter . Candidates are highly advised for checking photograph and signature printed on hall ticket must be clearly visible. If there is any discrepancy , then immediately contact to CBSE head office for correction.
