Chairman Human Rights and Tehsil Nazim demanded for compensation of injured persons

 The jeep fell down in ravine and further into to river hence the local people of the area recovered all injured persons from the jeep and rushed them to hospital.  It is worth to mention here that mother of one injured boy  Sajjad Ali who was a LHV had also been died in road accident at the same place where her son Sajjad Ali injured. Sajjad is a student and had come to Chitral to appear in a test interview. Chairman Legal Awareness Program for  Human Rights Niaz Ali Shah and Tehsil Nazim Chitral Sartaj Ahmad Khan while they  visiting the injured persons at DHQ hospital expressed their deep grief over the sad incidence and demanded for compensation the injured bodies. They also demanded for construction for retaining wall (side, protection wall) at Arkari road. Residents of the area complained that there is no maintenance of that road by the government and hundred of people have been died in road accidents due to dilapidated condition of the earthen road as the local people arranging its repair on self help basis. They also demanded for widening of the road and construction of side wall towards river side.
