Hyderabad (GR-TYP-BIN): Chief Minister Mr. K Chandrashekhar Rao directed the CMD to ensure uninterrupted power supply to all the consumers in the state of Telangana. He reviewed the power situation in the state with Chairman and Managing Director TS GENCO & TS TRANSCO Mr. D Prabhakar Rao in Secretariat on March 19.
The Chief Minister has also ordered for release of Rs.350 Crores immediately to TS TRANSCO for purchase of Additional power from Kayamkulam and other sources. The Chief Minister has issued strict instructions that there shall not be any power shortage in the state on the occasion.
The CMD TS GENCO & TS TRANSCO informed the Chief Minister that he has negotiated with the power supply sources for procuring required power and the same is being procured. Chief Secretary Mr. Rajiv Sharma is present in the meeting.
Sweden Delegation Meets Chief Minister
A delegation headed by Managing Director Mr. Raman Nagarajan of Sweden based company, Business & Green Technology Promotion, called on Chief Minister of Telangana Mr. K Chandrashekhar Rao at Secretariat, Hyderabad on 18-03-2015.
