Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtonkhwa announced developmental schemes at Chitral

 Chief Minister KP inaugurated different developmental schemes. 

 
CHITRAL:  Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtonkhwa Amir Haider Khan Hoti arrived here on one day visit. He reached Chitral airport in helicopter and was received by a large number of Awami National Party (ANP) workers. Due to security risk the district administration arranged delivering speech of CM to public gathering inside the premises of Chitral Airport. District president of ANP Syed Muzaffar Jan demanded in his welcome address for different developmental network in Chitral as well as giving the district status to Mastuj. Senator Afrasiab Khattak provincial president of ANP and other highlighted historical and strategically background of Chitral and termed it an important part of KP province.  Addressing to the public meeting the Chief Minister said that he has come here on behalf of Awami National party and to kick membership and organizing campaign for party. He said that our country and especially KP province sacrifices a lot for the country but some rival countries alleging us for linking with terrorists and they ignoring that thousands of people were killed in Pakistan in different terrorists attacks. Earlier that  He inaugurated 6 developmental schemes inside the airport territory due to security risk. 
 
The CM inaugurated by unveiling plaque of water supply scheme for Drosh with a cost of 111.156 million, water supply scheme to Chitral City from Golain spring worth rupees 310.30 million, examination Hall for Government Girls Degree College Chitral, Hostel for 100 students of Govt. Girls Degree College Booni, Jeep able bridge at Mastuj River and also inaugurated Dialysis machines of District Headquarters Hospital Chitral. He announced for providing of two buses to educational institutions of Chitral which facing transport problems. He assured that he will meet Prime Minister and will request for providing fund for completion of Lawari tunnel. He announced that 146.5 million would be released for by pass road and he directed Communication and Works department to complete it within one year. He assured students of Decent College of Education for girls which had been gutted by miscreants that the college would be reconstructed with a best way and all fund would be provided by provincial government. He announced for establishment of Girls Degree College at Drosh. He said that their government has increased number of police station from 9 to 13 and had recruited 760 constables in police to provide best opportunities of employment. He said that they had raised firewood allowance for 9723 employees. He announced for up-gradation of two higher secondary schools, up-gradation of middle schools from primary level, construction of 2 examination halls, construction of 4 schools and 4 Peoples, community health center. He directed workers of ANP to indentify and nominate deserving locations for this purposes. The Chief Minister also announced establishment of 2 play grounds and directed DCO Chitral to submit a detail summary with its estimate to prepare PC-1 so as to allocate fund for this purposes. 
 
Chief Minister Amir Haider Khan Hoti also acknowledged that Chitral have rich potential of hydro power energy and he will be direct Managing Director of Sarhad Hydro Development Organization (SHYDO) to visit Chitral for up-gradation of generator machines and units at different hydro power houses running under their control. He said that work will be started very soon on Lawi Hydro power house having the capacity of 69 Megawatt. He also announced 24 million for renovation of historical Shahi Masjid of Chitral. He said that we get our share of 35 billion from federation in NFC award which would be invest for creating energy and establishment of hydro power houses. He announced of establishment of Abdul Wali Khan University Campus at Chitral and directed the district administration to provide a building for this purpose to start classes from September of this year otherwise 50 million would be allocate for this purpose to construct its own building. The CM also announced of 50 million for maintenance of roads in Chitral and directed C & W department to submit PC-1 in this regard. The Chief Minister denied allegations of involvement or supporting of any extremist groups as alleging by some foreign media he said that we had rendered of sacrifices for the sack of country. A large number of people and party workers were present on the occasion.
