On 11:00 AM of Octber 05, 2009, a rare shocking unprecedented incident happened. A six year old boy, who was playing alone in the orange ( locally called as kinnows-a variety of orange ) gardens, picking up fallen good oranges 300 meters away from where his father was working, in the village named Chhota Rampur situated near Fazilka Tehsil of Ferozepur district in Punjab, India.
A pair of stray dogs, all mongrels which are countless in Punjab due to "prevent the life of animals, rather I will say dogs in place of animals here" orgs. like PETA, PFA,etc.
Both attacked the kid without provocation, felling him to the ground. The dogs killed the screaming boy and started eating him. His body was so badly mutiliated that it was not even recognisable.
After the noise of barking dogs and screaming of the boy taking too longer, he ran towards his son and what he saw has already been written above.
His demand now from the animal rights ogrs. and administration is to separate the dogs in a different violent category and legally allow to kill such dogs including many other like rabid ones.
