On 14 August 2008, the trading session of Shanghai Composite Index, SSE ended slightly down with 0.38 percent. A very mixed market sentiment over at Shanghai this very day as the chart shows very exhausted sellers. The panic and the negativity have somewhat calmed a little after HSBC Fund’s comment.
While, there is also a possibility that bargain hunting has took place where the weak hands had handed over the fresh new strong hands. Market following 14 August 2008 should start to be in the region of green. This will trigger hope to the very negative sentiment going on with the Chinese markets. Over at the end of Hang Seng, HSI, Hong Kong sees some greens with a slight gain of 99.39 or 0.47 percent.
It is rather certain that downsides are somewhat limited, but there is no promise or indication of any kinds would say that the market has turned into a bull trend. A technical rally is expected following this trading session. However, for how long, it is still early to say, at least until Olympic Games, Beijing 2008 ends.
Above are all personal opinions and not at all an inducement to trade.
