The Chinese government issued a slate of new regulations on Sunday, aiming to give corruption an official blow, reported Xinhua news agency.
Violators will be removed from their posts.
The Chinese government has long been embarrassed about its fame of corruption. Lots of crackdowns have been done in the party. In one of the latest cases, 14 officials in Chaohu City, Anhui Province, were dismissed for bribery.
The 4 trillion yuan stimulus package even worsens the situation. Zhou Xiaochuan, chief of China’s central bank warned a week ago that some projects are too "wasteful."
