College Football Awards: Mark Ingram Wins The Heisman Trophy

Alabama running back Mark Ingram has won College Footballs top honor the Heisman Trophy.

It was the closest voting in Heisman history.

Ingram edged Stanford running back Toby Gerhart by just 28 points; Texas quarterback Colt McCoy finished third, Nebraska defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh fourth and Florida quarterback Tim Tebow fifth.

Ingram is the third sophomore in a row to win the Heisman, joining Tim Tebow and Sam Bradford.
