College Football Bowl Games: TV Network Payouts The money factor is often overlooked as the college football season closes and the Bowl Games begin. Money is a factor to the schools who make it to the the games and a big reason why teams who have not done as well as expected now face coaching changes at the end. Payouts as high as $17 Million are a strong incentive for schools to right the ship and look forward to the 2010 season and their share of the Network money.
