The Scarlet Knights defeated UCF 45-24 in the second Bowl Game of the season.

Rutgers QB Tom Savage was 14 of 27 for 294 pasing yards and two passing touchdowns.

Mohamed Sanu had two rushing TD’s and one receiving as the Rutgers offense had it’s way most of the night.
Sanu and Savage are both true freshmen.

Damaso Munoz finished Rutgers scoring with a 35 yard kickoff return with two minutes and change remaining in the game.

The defense was also on their game with two interceptions and six sacks.

UCF QB Brett Hodges completed 13 of 28 passing attempts for 171 yards two touchdowns and threw two interceptions.
