Colver Technologies Denies Rumours of Imminent IPO

Colver Technologies has moved to scotch rumors of an impending initial public offering despite burgeoning revenues.

Colver Technologies in the face of growing conjecture has again reiterated its commitment to remaining a privately-owned company for the foreseeable future. The company which manufactures, sell and maintain small-scale GTL reactor solutions at numerous locations worldwide, has enjoyed an unprecedented surge in revenues since the sharp decline in global oil prices began in the first half of 2014.

Recently, it has become the subject of rumors that it may soon look to take advantage of a glut of capital looking for viable energy sector candidates as investors in shale oil producers head for the exits.

Gus Stuyvesant, Chief Operating Officer at Colver Technologies unreservedly denied that the company would be looking to list its stock on any exchange for some time.

“We won’t deny that the current situation is a nice one to be in but, right now, the company wishes to remain a private concern free to operate and pursue its goals without the distraction of pandering to analysts on Wall Street all trying to guess what our EPS will be for this quarter or that quarter,” he explained after being questioned at a trade fair in China’s Yunnan province last weekend.

Colver Technologies has been one of only a few oil/gas services companies to flourish amid the protracted fall in crude oil prices and is no stranger to speculation about when it might seek a public listing.

“The prospect is certainly appealing to the private shareholders but Colver Technologies isn’t just about money; it’s about making best use of our precious natural resources while reducing pollution,” concluded Stuyvesant.

About Colver Technologies
Colver Technologies modular GTL systems revolve around the Fischer-Tropsch reactor, a conversion technology developed in the 1920s by Franz Fischer and Hans Tropsche in Germany in 1925. It facilitates the production of significantly cleaner-burning liquid fuels like diesel and jet fuel from natural gas that contains no sulfur. We are committed to doing our part to drive uptake of GTL fuels as global efforts to reduce emissions increase and have invested heavily to ensure the continuing development of this highly attractive alternative to conventional energy production.
