Industry leader hosts global event series on the future of VoC, VoE and MR
London, UK and Oslo, Norway and New York, NY: 5 May 2016: Confirmit is marking its 20th anniversary in the insight industry by sharing the knowledge and expertise it has gained over the past two decades at a series of events in the USA, UK and Australia this Spring. It is also putting the spotlight on the need for continued innovation in engaging with increasingly discerning respondents and customers who can now choose provide feedback via multiple channels, or not at all.
