Congress announced a Manifessto for people and especially for elections because they want to stand  on elections so congress decided to give more optiosn and helping people,helping poor people,trying to give more pensions to old people,giving employment is main thing to everyone.

In Andhra pradesh Congress Government also takes some steps to announce Manifesto they have given some promises to continue Arogaysri as well as 2 Killo rice program other programs so they are having their own Manifesto for elections so they may do and fulll fill their plans after completing the elections.
