Conservation of the Environment is necessary

There are mainly three type of pollution in world, state according to where the pollution takes place. These include land, water and air pollution. Water pollutions mostly caused by contaminated poison substance entering water. These include sewage, oil spillage among others. Land pollution is mainly caused by erosion and harmful substances enter land. Air pollution is majorly caused by wind erosion. Wind blow over a bear land, picking soil particles leading pollution of air smoke of industries all in air pollution.
Kenya has been going dry every day, most Rivers are drying up and lakes decreasing in volume of water the used to contain. This problem is due to the encroachment of Kenyans in most forests which should be reserved for growing of trees. The most affected forest is the Mau forests which cover water catchment areas of major rivers like Tana River. But in the recent years the government did a good job by evacuating intruders from the region. At least somehow we saved a situation for a better Kenya.
People who live around water bodies like Lake Victoria lake Baringo and other should take caution not to misuse water. Soil carried by erosion from upper parties of the country is filling those lakes. This leads to swallowing of water bodies and also reducing the size of lakes and rivers. Most fishing ground has start feeling the effect caused by decrease in water volume which cannot sustain aquatic animals. Kenyans should take action to prevent more reductions in water bodies. These include proper methods of farming. For example sloppy areas should by leave uncultured or trees should by plant there. When such methods are used, soil erosion will not occur there isn’t sand to fill water bodies. People who live around water can also mining sand from them to create room for water flow or water keeping.
Non biodegradables substances like plastics and iron should by recycled to avoid polluting the environment. Plastics take a long time to decompose. No bacteria can strike them down to form soil particles. This substance will continue to pollute soil or water for a very long time. For example if plastics are drown in a river they will block water from flowingly. Aquatic animals will also suffocate due to lack of oxygen caused by plastics.
Sewage spilling in water sources are also contributes to water pollution in Kenya. In slums those people do not have well organized toilet system. Sewage may be long freely on side of the road. These contaminate a water source it come in conduct with. Flying toilets also cause contamination when they are carried by rain water to a nearby river. Oil spits in sea by tankers and wastages from industries usual enter water and are carried to other areas to be used by other human being, who will obvious affected by the contaminated water.
The United Nation Environment Programme with the ministry for environment ventures into a series of program which are aimed at reducing pollutants escaping to your environment. People living around forests or those living in forest don’t want to come out of those lands because the only see the fertility of the forest without knowing that the encroachment affected the whole nation. The government reserves the right to control the speed at which tree cleaning is taking place. Charcoal burning should by reduce but not eradicated because some of us can’t do without it, in that it is our main source of fuel and it is more advance than using firewood.
The ministry for environment in conjunction with UNEP took the row that the only way to eradicate desertification in the country is to focus on major contribution of pollutant in air, land and water. For example the government told the forest encroachers to come out so that those forests could be reforestation again to water catchment areas. Such decisions as helped largely in turning Kenya from a bear brown land to a green vegetation covered land hence largely reducing land and water pollution in our country.
Sound pollution had been majorly affecting those people living in urban areas. Noise from vehicles, machine, people and music are elements which contribute largely to noise pollution. The government has gap noise pollution by regulating the use of public address system. Also night clubs have be warm against playing loud music.
Lastly volcanoes landslide and quarrying activity activities are also contributes to pollution in the air and also in water. When a volcano erupts occurs. Harmful substances are sprinkled in the air. This substance may be harmful to the health of human beings and also other creates with whom we share the atmosphere with. Animals can also get poison and hot lava may burn and bury people and their properties. Landslides bury people and reduce ecstatic view of land. Because landslides are natural disaster, human beings have no control over it. However it can be regulated by taking some measures to prevent farther damages. The government and the environmental monitoring department can warn Kenyan in suspected areas to evacuate those regions. Not culturing in sloppy areas and Planting trees in such areas will help to hold soil particles together reducing possibility of landslide.
