daVinci Revenue Management solution received TM Forum’s Frameworx 14.0 conformance certification in May 2015. Certification was granted, based on an independent detailed assessment by TM Forum Subject Matter Experts, of conformance to 30 Level 3 Business Process Framework (eTOM) standardised processes and 13 SID Aggregated Business Entities covering product and customer domains of the Information Framework.
