As you all know India is a democratic contry having thousands of religion in it.
also many people ( MORE THEN 100 CRORES ) leav india most of them pay taxes
so averagely per person in India tax coolected must be 5000 rs. (asumed)
means take ther are 100 crores people then the total tax may go upto 500000 crores.
(leaving the tax coolectd by companys )
But see the condition of India roads by taking them into consideration they are the worst. The condition of road is like thiscause corruption government of that area get certain amount for construction of new roads the government eat up 60% ofmoney from that only 40% reaminswhich is further givinen to contractor from which he eats 20% from remaning 40%and value goes too down so they buy 3rd class material for construction this causes the bad condition of roads it is same in drains ( BAD DRAINS CAUSE WATER LOGGING AND DUE THIS MUMBAI WAS IN WATER)
We cant say only corruption but the also population might be the cause of it and also unemployment to some extent.
( BUT THE CORRUPTION IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF THIS )
