Country Music Lovers “Alabama” Is Kicking Off The CMA Music Festival On June 5, 2014

Country music lovers if you’ve missed seeing and hearing the country music group “Alabama” for a few years now, you’re in for a surprise, they will be performing for the first time in 19 years at the CMA Music Festival. They will be kicking off the show at LP field on June 5, 2014.

This group has been and still is one of country music greatest groups ever – their music never became “old hat” to their audiences. Their shows have always been full of great songs and fun, something new and exactly what their fan base wanted.

The CMA Fest lineup includes Florida Georgia Line, Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Brad Paisley and Little Big Town. ‘Automatic hit-maker Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, trio Lady Antebellum, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Erick Church, Brantley Gilbert, Hunter Hayes, Tim McGraw, Thomas Rhett, the Band Perry, Chris Young, Zac Brown Band and there are also more set for the CMA Fest.

Alabama has tweeted, “Excited to announce we’re kicking off CMA Fest at LP June 5, 2014…Please let us know what you fans what to hear #Alabamasetlist@CountryMusic.”
I can personally remember when Alabama was at the Bowery in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and they kept the beach goers truly happy. I looked forward to going there to hear them perform for a few years, they were great then and they’re great now.

Most of their fan based friends know that lead singer Randy Own was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame (NaSHof) last year. The group will make its rounds to several other music fairs and festivals this year. It’s great to have this group bring their music back into the country music arena…I look forward to this reunion.

The CMA Music Festival LP shows for 2014 is set to take place June 5 – 8, 2014 and country music fans from around the country will converge in Music City for the time of their lives. Country music is loved by its fans and people don’t like to miss a one of their big festivals or television appearances. There’ll be many activities available for country music fans along with autograph signings by the country music stars.
