ARDSLEY ON HUDSON, NY, Tuesday, October 2, 2013 – This week, Match My Email released new custom extensions to its standard email syncing and logging service. Using our new custom programming framework, Match My Email can now add emails to any object or record type in Salesforce.com. Emails can be sorted and logged to Salesforce.com based on email address, number, word, phrase or tag, or combination thereof. Such identifiers can be searched for in the header, subject line, body or attachment of an email. Logging to Salesforce.com can also be customized to bind an email to any object type, custom or standard field or field status filter, or combination thereof. Matching priorities can be determined based on the workflow logic of the specific Salesforce.com implementation.

Match My Emails new custom programming framework is based on more than a decade of development by its parent company, RAE Internet Inc., in email stream management. Custom Salesforce email integration can unlock the business value inherent in the email stream and associate relevant emails based on unique identifiers or tags such as invoice numbers, customer codes, and/or key words or phrases. In order to perform custom email syncing and logging, Match My Email must index the contents of an email, isolate the unique identifier(s) and then route or link the email to the right intersection in the Salesforce.com MySQL database.

Most custom programming projects require less than 10 hours of programming. Match My Email charges $67.50 per hour for custom programming.

Match My Email is platform and mobile device independent so it works with all email systems and handheld devices.
