A policeman who was off-duty was discovered dead behind and unfinished medical centre in Seremban on Thurday morning.
Kpl Armizon Jaafar’s body was found by a security guard making his rounds around 7.45am.
The police were unable to find any identification on the body but his wallet and other belongings were intact.
"One of our men was able to identify him. We will have to wait for the post mortem results to determine the cause of death."
Kpl Armizon was wearing jeans and a jacket and had suffered head injuries. He bled from his mouth, nostrils and ears.
"We shall attempt to establish what he was doing here or whether he was assaulted and then his body dumped here."
Ravikumar Subramaniam, the security guard who discovered the body, said "I thought he was sleeping but when I got closer I saw blood oozing from his ears and nose" He then called the Paroi police station to report it.
