Defeat conspiracy to disintegrate India vis-à-vis J&K: Bhim

Jammu, March 18 (Scoop News) – Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, National Panthers Party and Member, National Integration Council alleged that USA has not changed its mind vis-à-vis Dixon Plan to create its base in the Himalayas by creating a so-called Independent Kashmir. The Panthers Party Chief said that USA may succeed in its nefarious designs to establish a base for the Pentagon in Africa (Benghazi) by dissecting Libya.

The Panthers Party Supremo while talking to reporters in New Delhi Friday made a compassionate appeal to all the nationalist political and social organizations in the country to support the Panthers Party movement to defeat a conspiracy to disintegrate India vis-à-vis Jammu and Kashmir.

He condemned the recommendations made by the so-called three interlocutors in J&K who have no legitimacy in their conception nor were they acceptable to the majority of the people in J&K.

The Panthers Party Chief expressed shock and indignation on the so-called recommendations having no legal formation or authenticity suggesting to rewrite the Constitution by introducing two Prime Ministers and two Presidents within the Union of India. This concept was rejected by the people of J&K in 1965 through the Legislative Assembly under the leadership of the then Prime Minister Mr. Ghulam Mohd. Sadiq. This process cannot be reversed for the pleasure of Abdullahs and their Congress-backed party.

The Panthers Party Chief demanded recalling of the so-called jobless interlocutors in the interest of national integrity and unity of India. The interlocutors have no mandate of the Parliament or that of the Legislature of J&K to support any move which smacks secession or suppression of any territory of the Union of India. He said that National Conference under the leadership of Abdullahs has become a national security risk and the Congress shall be responsible for any situation that may arise in the country threatening its social fabric or secular character if it (NC) is allowed to rule J&K with the aid and abetment of the Congress party.
