Detention of 3 BJP MPs at Jammu Airport most insulting & unconstitutional :PP

Jammu, January 24 (Scoop News) – Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, NPP expressed shock on the high drama being played by Omar Abdullah at the Airport to project BJP flag hoisting slogan when Jammu Police stopped three sitting MPs of BJP namely Sushma Swaraj (Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha), Arun Jaitely (Leader of Rajya Sabha) and. Anant Kumar (M.P. from Karnataka) at the entrance door of arrival. Three BJP leaders were provided throw away chairs at the floor of landing areas. BJP could not meet them as the entrance door of arrival has been locked by the police at the direction of the Chief Minister.

Prof. Bhim Singh accused Omar Abdullah for playing villain in the whole drama questioning the most undemocratic and unconstitutional act by debarring the entry of MPs into Indian territory. On the other hand the Panthers Party Chief said that if BJP wanted to hoist flag in Srinagar why they did not fly from Delhi to Srinagar the place of drama. The panthers Party Chief said that there is no doubt that NC-BJP are exploiting their areas of vote interest. They have landed in Jammu with intention to restore credibility of BJP by posing as saviours of Indian Flag which is fluttering on every building in entire Jammu and Kashmir yet the behaviour met by two leaders of the opposition of both Houses of Parliament is most disgraceful, undesirable and Omar Abdullah cannot escape responsibility for such shameful act.
