DGP stresses on maintaining strict vigil on Republic Day

 

Srinagar, January 21 (Scoop News) – Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir,  Kuldeep Khoda, today laid stress on maintaining strict vigil and caution to thwart the evil designs of anti-national elements, so as to ensure an incident free Republic Day throughout the state.

Kuldeep Khoda while review the security arrangements ahead of Republic Day, stressed for close coordination among all security agencies to ensure peaceful celebration of the functions, causing least inconvenience to the common people.

He asked the officers present in the meeting to adopt public friendly approach while making security and other arrangements so that people may not face any problem during their participation in these celebrations.

Senior officers from civil administration, Police, Army and Security forces participated in the meeting chaired by Kuldeep Khoda.
