Sri Lankan National Cricket Selectors have been appointed the Opening Batsman Thilakaratne Dilshanas new Captain of the Sri Lankan Cricket Team according to the Sri Lankan Cricket Interim Committee.This appointment is pending for the approval of Sports Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage.
The newly appointed captain dilshan’s first asignment will be the england tour scheduled in May.
