General Ramezan Sharif, Head of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Public Relations Department all but admitted Iranian military involvement in the conflict between Hamas and Israel.
In a recent interview General Ramezan Sharif, Head of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Public Relations Department revealed that the Palestinian resistance movement comprises the defensive and offensive power of multiple terrorist entities including but not limited to “Hamas, Ezzedin Al-Qassam and Quds brigades forces.”
The Quds Force (alternatively spelled Ghods or Qods) (Persian: نیروی قدس, translit. Niru-ye Qods, “Jerusalem Force”) is a special forces unit of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards and is responsible for their extraterritorial operations.
The Qods (Jerusalem) Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is responsible for extraterritorial operations, including terrorist operations. In so doing the Iranian commander all but admitted the involvement of Iranian military units in the conflict in Gaza.
