Dr. Mustafa Kamal lauded the proposal for setting up Bijli Adalats and demanded early action in this regard so that the grievances of BPL could be solved. He also demanded enhancement in the honorarium of trainees of basic handicraft centres. He called for giving boost to tourism and handicraft sectors for changing betterment of economic conditions of the people of the State.
Mrs. Bimla Luthra appreciated the proposal for enhancement of wages of daily wagers and efforts for implementation of "Anmol Beti" scheme to be implemented in the State. She demanded for enhancement of widow pension. She advocated enhanced outlays for social welfare sector to boost welfare of poor and destitute.
Irfan Shah demanded focussed attention towards horticulture sector as the most of population of the State depends on this vital sector. He advocated cold storage facilities to horticulturist for preserving their produce. He also demanded for adequate funds to the Social Welfare Department for implementation of schemes to promote well being of the poor. He called for focussed attention towards development of urban areas and main cities of the State.
Mir Saifullah demanded attention to initiate long term measures in mobilization of resources for more development of the State. He also demanded setting up of State’s own permanent Planning Commission for formulation of plans in the State. He sought change in the proposed scheme "Beti Anmol" suggesting that money proposed for the girl child should be made available to beneficiary at the time of admission of the child in school to pay fee, purchase of books, uniforms etc. He also sought closure of sick corporations.
Peerzada Mansoor Hussain demanded significant incentives for farmers to boost the agriculture activities. He also demanded construction of hostels in
