A.R. Veeri sought focused attention on NRHM to strengthen health care system in the State. He stressed on providing MRI facility in all major hospital in the State. He said called for operating all primary health centres on 24×7 basis to facilitate people in a big way.
Dr. Mustafa Kamal said that though a lot has been done by the government for improving health care system yet there is scope to strengthen this vital sector further to provide better facilities to the people especially those living in remote and hilly areas. He said the up-gradation of health care facility at panchayat and block level needs focused attention of the government.
Choudhary Zulfkar Ali called for making basic diagnostic facilities available at district hospitals. He also stressed on expediting the process of procuring critical care ambulances.
Radhey Sham Sharma demanded maternity hospital for Nowshera and posting of specialist doctors in the hospitals at Sunderbani and Nowshera.
Ch Mohammad Ramzan demanded formulation of health policy to streamline the department. He also called for rationalizing posting of the staff especially doctors so that rural areas also receive their due.
Sharief Naiz while appreciating the efforts of the government for improving overall health care scenario demanded filling up of all vacant posts of medicos and paramedics in health institutions of Doda. He called for installation of CT scans and other diagnostic equipment in primary healthcare hospitals.
Harshdev invited the attention of the government towards vacant posts and stressed the need to fill them up on propriety basis. He stressed on construction of buildings to house health centres across the State. He said there is immediate need to keep adequate available funds on this account to provide succour to the patients.
M.Y. Tarigami advocated for adequate Medicare facilities in rural areas and sought fast recruitment of doctors and paramedics for the health institutions of newly created districts. He also demanded enhancement in the retirement age of medical faculty to save the medical colleges from faculty crunch. He also sought creation of adequate number of posts for physiotherapists for their absorption.
Dr. Shafi Mohammad called for full attention of the government in strengthening the infrastructure in the rural health institutions as they face difficulties on this account. He said no political consideration should be given on posting of doctors. He called for removing stagnation of doctors.
Mir Saifullah demanded posting of the doctors appointed in category in rural areas from where they have availed reservation benefits. He also demanded removal of stagnation of doctors.
Ashok Kumar urged on consolidation of health infrastructure with expansion of health institution in rural areas. He said in view of limited avenues of education, free coaching should be given to rural students to appear in the entrance examinations. He called for extension of mobile medical facilities to hilly and backward areas and residential accommodation for rural Health Institution doctors.
Mohammad Rafi Mir called for according priority to the health sector. He demanded early posting of doctors in Pahalgam SDH which is catering to medical needs to a vast area of Anantnag district.
Abdul Haq Khan sought opening of health institutions according to population and availability of present health care facilities. He called for curbing the sale of spurious drugs in
Ab. Majid Wani sought urgent strengthening of rural health institutions to ensure adequate health care facilities to the targeted people. He urged for early posting of doctors in SDH Doda and adoption of proper criteria for appointment of doctors.

Mr Khalil Ahmad Bandh called for equipping the Pulwama district hospital to give it a semblance of the district hospital in true sense to facilitate the people of twin districts of Pulwama and Shopian.
Er. Abdul Rashid has asked for improving the sanitation system in all the hospitals of the State to maintain the proper hygienic system. He demanded for restarting of construction of work of PHC Manwal Kuthli. He also advocated for free ambulance services in case of deaths in all hospitals. Besides demanded availability of anti rabi vaccines in all health institutions.
Nazir Ahmed Gurezi appreciated the efforts of government for improving in health sector. He demanded infrastructure facilities in primary health centre. Her advocated for ban on private practice so that they regular these services in the health institutions and demanded special incentives for doctors and para medicos for service in far flung areas. He demanded appointment doctors on contractual basis in hilly areas like Machil, Wadwan, Marwah, Gurez etc. Besides appointment of trained ANMS on contractual basis.
Krishan Chander demanded medical staff for medical block of Panchari. He also demanded posting of lady doctors for health institutions of Gardi, Panchari and Lati and demanded funds for construction of SDH at Dadu.
