DNC Rushes in to Dismiss Case Challenging Obama's Citizenship

The DNC has filed a motion in Federal court to dismiss the case challenging the citizenship of Barak Obama. The case was filed by Phillip J. Berg an attorney and Clinton supporter. The motion filed in the Pennsylvania Federal court alleges that Barack Hussein Obama was not actually born in the United States. In Fact, it is believed that Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery and by all accounts, a bad one.

Nevertheless, the Democratic National Committee has opted to challenge the allegations in court instead of producing a legitimate birth certificate. By all accounts, Barack’s birth certificate states that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1961, which in and of itself is awful close to the time before Hawaii even became a state. Phillip Berg has stated publicly that he would simply drop the suit if a legitimate birth certificate were produced. However, this has not happened and the suspicion is rising that his allegations may have some basis in reality.

The issues surrounding Barack Obama’s citizenship is two-fold in nature. On one hand, it is believed that his birth certificate is a forgery and that he was actually born in Kenya, Africa. The other contention is that Obama was adopted as a child in Indonesia. Dual citizenship is not permitted in Indonesia; therefore, Obama’s legal status as a US citizen would have been nullified.

Either way, Berg is very angry with the DNC and feels as though they are fighting the law in order to run a candidate that they believe can win whether or not he is a citizen he is a naturalized citizen. The constitution clearly states that the eligibility to be President of the US is that a person must be born a naturalized citizen. If indeed Obama was not born in the US or was adopted in Indonesia he certainly would not be eligible to be the President of the United States.

One of the reasons that it is believed that Obama’s birth certificate may be a forgery is that his race was listed as African-American which was not a term used until more recent years in order to be politically correct. In the era that Barack was born children of color were merely listed as black. This is a tell tale sign that Obama’s birth certificate may be a forgery and was created recently. If this is the case, then the DNC and Obama have a big problem.

According to Berg Obama’s website only links to two websites which claim to have validated his birth certificate, yet no public release of the document has been made. It makes one wonder what if anything there is to hide. All that Barack has to do is produce his birth certificate and if all is in order, the lawsuit goes away. Berg is simply asking that the courts authenticate Obama’s birth certificate and his eligibility for the office of the Presidency. Let us hope that this matter is cleared up and that there is no doubt left as to the authenticity of Obama’s citizenship.
