Do you believe in the Holy Book?

Do you believe in the Holy Bible?
Such a question is only for those whose perception of the Holy Bible is myopic. But for those whose fate is strong enough to understand every word in the Bible, it is not boring at all. That is why it is considered and established as the true "word" of God. Nothing more, nothing less. Although, some of us would go overboard to amplify what is not supposed to be amplified, instead of dissecting every bit of meaning of the words mentioned in the holy book.
We should be thankful that there is one holy book that keeps all of us focus ourselves and our fate on one true God. Religious beliefs are centainly useless if you make no mention of the Holy Bible as the reliable reference on all things good and wonderful on this earth. It is the bible that gives us guidance into man’s lasting salvation, after we pass this world.
Now, the issue is not really boredom, but the lack of interest to comprehend what every word means as you go along each sentence. This is the reason why the bible has many translations so that a great number of the people will be able to learn and understand the true meanings of the words in it. Sadly, in the course of translations, there are instances when the meanings of some words are lost or misinterpreted. But these are isolated cases only. Because we really do not know how many set of eyes review the proofs before each page of the bible is finalized into a printed page. That is how meticulous the people are behind its production process.
Perhaps, what is important is that the bible provides serious readers and devotees something to learn from the rich history of religion in the world. Besides, the Holy Bible is a true book of knowledge because most branches of science are found inside its content. Be it a subject on taxation, economics, education, history, biology, engineering, politics, business and others can be found from cover to cover of this book.
On the contrary, some enterprising people use the Holy Bible as a way to make a living. And Lord Jesus was right when He said that there would come a time when some people would disguise themselves as disciples of God, when in fact, they are not. Their only intention was to make money through the big donations that some rich people give to the pastors, preachers and priests alike. For us, the most effective gauge to this is the day of judgment. It is on this day when those who use their sharp tongues and intelligence to dupe others would be given what is due them.
