Dobbs Ferry, NY, June 16, 2008 – At their annual convention on June 9, the Dobbs Ferry Democratic Committee selected Larry Dengler, David Koenigsberg, and Ed Manley as their candidates for Village Trustee. All three are incumbents. Messrs. Dengler and Koenigsberg were elected to the Board of Trustees in 2006, and are completing their first term in office. Mr. Manley was appointed to the board last year by Mayor Scott Seskin to complete the remainder of Mr. Seskin’s term, after Mr. Seskin was elected Mayor.
Randy Klipstein, Dobbs Ferry Democratic Committee Chairman, said, "We are absolutely thrilled to have these three extraordinary individuals to carry our banner. They are dedicated, hard-working, conscientious public servants. They’ve accomplished a lot, but there’s much more to do, and their experience will serve the village well. They have pledged to work together and run an issue-oriented campaign."
