Doctors to go on Strike from May 1

The AP Government Doctors’ Association on Wednesday resolved that its members will go on indefinite strike from May 1 since the Government’s response to the demand for payment of CGHS scales is ‘lukewarm’. In a resolution adopted unanimously, the association decided to continue its agitation and not to hold discussions with Government ‘unless a proper invitation is sent’
