The Minister was speaking at a Dogri Light Musical Programme ‘Motiya Khalarya Khasboo’ organized by J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) at Abhinav Theatre, here this evening.
Bhalla said that such types of programmes encourage the budding artists by providing them opportunity to explore their hidden talent besides extending the facilities of great entertainment to the people of the region. He asked the JKAACL to put in their sincere and dedicated efforts in shaping the talent of artists by organizing such type of programmes on national and international levels.
