DPN asks youth to contribute in development of J&K

 

Srinagar, April 22 (Scoop News) –President Democratic Party of Nationalist (DPN) who is also the Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Hassan Mir Sunday stressed upon the youth to contribute in socio-economic development of the state by involving themselves in developmental activities launched by the government.

DPN president was addressing a youth rally at Pattan Baramulla drawn from different villages of the district.

 Senior Vice President, Mr GM Bawan, Youth President, Kashmir DPN Mr Muzaffer Ahmad, Youth Secretary DPN, Parvaze Hilal and Vice President Baramulla DPN,  Mohmmad Asudullha also spoke in the rally.

Mr Mir said that the agenda of DPN is to provide a plat form to younger generation in every sphere of life for channelizing their hidden potential in right direction for the nation building. He said he worked round the clock to find the openings for the youth in which they would excel their talent in a big way during last three years of present coalition government .

DPN President said that our youth has enormous potential and asked them to mobilise their energy for peace and development of the J&K as the destiny of the state is in their hand. He said during two decades long turmoil, the youth of the state had become the first casualty adding that with their sincere efforts the dark days of the valley have ended.  He said that our youth have now realised that violence give us death and destruction and asked them forget the past and come forward as future belongs to them. He urged them to work hard for attaining quality education as it is the basic pillar to reach at the top of the world.

Mr Mir said the youth would play a greater role in eradicating the menace of corruption and asked them to provide cooperation to the government to get rid the society from this menace. He said that this is the biggest threat for our existence adding that we have to act collectively to make our society free from it.
