In an unexpected situation Rahul Dravid, the Indian Cricket Captain decided to give up the coat of team Captain. Dravid’s decision had puzzled the cricket world. On Thursday Darvid met the BCCI president Sharad Pawar and informed him about his decision. From the forth coming Australian tour, he said he need not want to be considered as the team Captain. Being an experienced batsman, Dravid announced his readiness in serving the team. Darvid said that his decision to give-up the captaincy was only to concentrate well in the matches, the fans and the analyzers suspect something behind the scene. Rahul Dravid, who followed Sourav Ganguly as the captain, led Indian team for the past two years in 25 test matches and 79 ODIs.
Dravid decided to unyoke the Cap.
