A 10-year old boy Johnny Jackson is reprotedly to have drowned on ‘dry’ ground within 2 hours after he left the pool.

The phenomenon can occur within 1-24 hrs of leaving the swimming pool and the subject displaying unusual behaviour should be immediately given emergency care.
