e-LYNXX Corporation Named One of Best Workplaces in the Americas

Printing Industries of America (PIA) has named e-LYNXX Corporation a 2011 recipient of its "Best Workplace in the Americas" award. e-LYNXX also received this distinction in 2010.

The world’s largest print trade association, PIA evaluated companies in the United States and Canada based on their management practices, work environment, training and development opportunities, financial security, work-life balance, recognitions and rewards and health and wellness programs.

"All of the winning companies actively show their employees that they care about their work environment, their personal goals and ambitions, as well as the needs of the company,” said Jim Kyger, assistant vice president of human resources at PIA and director of PIA’s "Best Workplaces in the Americas" awards program. "Each recipient has exemplary human resources practices and provides a superior work environment."

PIA’s complete listing of 2011 "Best Workplace in the Americas" award recipients is posted at www.printing.org/bwa .

“To receive this honor two years in a row is something about which all of us at e-LYNXX are very proud,” said Maxine Gindlesperger, chief administrative officer of e-LYNXX. “Working in a challenging economy often is stressful so knowing we have an  award-winning work environment is reassuring. It also is a tribute to Chambersburg/Franklin County as an attractive place to live and work.”
