On April 22, 2008 the world will think as one about MOTHER EARTH. Let us try to help this world to be a better place. Lots of pollution… noise, air, political, hatred, and most especially the entire environment. Let us help eradicate the environment pollution for noise, air and hatred to follow next once the environment will be given special attention.
Right here in the Philippines, the concerned citizens led by the Philippine environmentalists will celebrate Earth Day. The Mall of Asia will be the venue of this special celebration. But on the eve of the Earth Day, the Andres Bonifacio Choir is commissioned to sing religious songs at the dirtiest river in the world located in Marilao, Bulacan. Songs and prayers about environment will be rendered right in front of the river. May the community surrounding this area help in saving this river as part of Mother Earth.
But then, as this article’s been published, the Andres Bonifacio Choir’s singing engagement was moved to April 30, 2008 as the closing of Mother Earth Celebration. As of this time, there’s the so-called "pagoda" from Manila Bay to the Mall of Asia. Everyone is invited to participate. May the so-called "Diwata ng Kalikasan" hear the environmental songs and prayers to help Marilao River… a once upon a time beautiful river again here on earth.
