We are all innovators from our childhood until we loose our sense of memory at any stage of our life. You may ask the question ‘How?’.Let me explain.innovation is nothing but finding a new idea to a given situation or problem.Let me eloborate..
A child is coming late to school.
The teacher asks the child ,’why are you late to school?’
The child replies,’The bus was late’
Actually the child missed the previous bus in the route and actually answers as if the bus was late. You may tend to say that the child is bluffing. But I say that the child innovates. It actually develops an answer to the given question or situation and tries to escape from the teacher.I would like to say the teachers should not discourage the child or admonish the child for giving such answer.Either the teacher should accept the answer and let the child inside the class.Or the teacher may even encourage the child to give such answers. Most of us fail to see the innovation developing in the child.Actually the encouragment that we provide at the early stage of the child to innovate may tempt it to go for more innovation as it grows and in the process it may become a great inventor or scientist . who knows. Therefore encourage any kind of innovation at the early stage of a child and don’t curtail it or reject it .Our rejection of innovation at the early stage of the childhood may prompt the child to loose its self-confidence and its natural ability for innovation. Therefore encourage a child to innovate.
