In Britain, we will be organising a number of events to celebrate the contributions of Faiz towards the struggle of people against oppression, exploitation and religious extremism. In this respect, we are in process of establishing a comprehensive website to acknowledge Faiz’s contributions. The web address is www.faizcentenary.org <http://www.faizcentenary.org/> . We need your support in the developing the website. Please encourage your progressive friends to contribute the following:
1. Tributes to Faiz – we would like to include comments of people whose lives have been touched in any way by Faiz and the progressive movement he was part of. Few lines to a page will be welcomed from any of your friend.
2. Contribute detail articles on the work of Faiz. Thanks for the article already submitted by your esteemed friend. we already published a number of articles and will also be publishing existing articles on Faiz.
3. Any images of Faiz will be greatly appreciated.
4. We will also create hyperlinks with existing material. and separate sub-site to publish Faiz Centenary events in each country.
We will continue to develop the website during 2011 and hoping that it will become a comprehensive resource for progressive people.
