Fear Is A Powerful Force In People’s Life

It’s my opinion there are many people throughout the world that could have the world-by-the-tail if they didn’t allow their anxieties to awaken the fears they’ve been suppressing and hiding on a daily basis in their life. I believe some of these anxieties are caused by fears, health issues, or a frightful incident that occurred during childhood, puberty or in their adulthood.

It’s my belief if a person suffers from anxiety attacks it may be caused by something they experienced in their life that had a tragic impact on them and it causes them to refrain from foraging forward to achieve their accomplishments and goals. Fears are built-up barriers that prevent people from accomplishing to the best of their ability.

Fear is powerful and it can shut a mind and body down like a machine that has a mechanical problem. A person can become frozen in place from their fears and be unable to perform or even think for a period of time. Fear in some people hangs on their doorstep and ready to attack at any moment…it can destroy and ruin a person’s ability to perform their job and live a normal life.

It’s my opinion that a fixed fear must be worked through until the person feels at ease with the fear. If you’re afraid of an elevator ride, get in an elevator and ride it up and down until you feel at ease with the situation. Facing fear is the greatest entity in an accomplishment to end a fear that’s robbing them of living a life free of fear.

Fear can also be caused when a person feels they do not have the abilities that other people have such as, lack of education, speaking abilities, comprehension and other educational abilities they know they do not have. This type fear brings about an inability to explain themselves in crowds or in public speaking circumstances…it’s called insecurity and a lack of self-confidence and the only way to cure these fears is to hit the books and to get involved in public speaking classes. People will be amazed at the security they will acquire when they feel comfortable with their own knowledge of knowing their subjects and being capable of speaking in public without hesitation.

Fear can cause frustrations and outbursts of aggressive behavior because the person tries to hide their insecurity and they feel this action hides their inabilities. In order to cure a fear the person must own that fear and do whatever is necessary to face it head on and to work through it until they feel a complete freedom from their fear. The worse thing a person can do is “hide” behind their fears.

Fear can cripple a person’s abilities to function properly don’t allow this to happen in life because the key to life belongs to only the person who holds the key. If a person suffers fear it may be necessary to seek professional help and to start their own program to rid the fears haunting them…they’re holding the key to their success at ending fear and they can do it through their own acts to work through the fear haunting them.
