Winners announced at London ceremony hosted by Danny Wallace on Jan 28, 2016
Ceremony sold out in 48 hours
London – November 13, 2015 – The Employee Engagement Awards today announces its shortlist recognising companies putting workforce engagement at the heart of their strategy.
Multinationals including BMW, Tata Consultancy Services and Barclays will join small and medium-sized firms to have their engagement efforts recognised in a ceremony hosted by Danny Wallace in January 2016. The full shortlist can be found below.
Founder Matt Manners said: “I’ve once again been blown away by the response and the calibre of organisations and entries submitted. The quality of work we’ve seen has been world-class. It was extremely hard to cull the entries into a shortlist to be put forward to our expert panel of judges. They have a very tough job on their hands.
The Engagement Industry is still very young and we want to celebrate and encourage the excellence being achieved and explored by these great British companies. Many of which we want to work with to publish and share the great stories of the work they do at our EE Awards Showcase in 2016 and beyond.”
Following the ceremony in January 2016 the EE Awards will host a one-day Showcase – which will profile finalists and winners across a relevant cross sections of businesses and initiatives – we will provide practical advice to engagement professionals to help improve their employee engagement results. Register interest and receive further information via matt@eeawards.co.uk.
Tom Debenham, Managing Director of People Insight, employee engagement consultancy and sponsor said “A win at the EE Awards will be an awesome achievement given the calibre of the competition. There are some terrific examples that share our passion for creating organisational success through engaging employees. We can’t wait to see these new ideas shared at the Showcase.”
“We’ve been excited this year to introduce a brand new category – the Employee Choice Award. It is the only category that puts judging in the hands of perhaps the most important stakeholders – employees, via our validated employee engagement survey. All finalists are not only recognised, but receive a full results report to identify where to focus their engagement efforts going forward.”
The EE Awards will also be returning to the United States in 2016, as well as Australia. More information will be released in the coming weeks.
Exciting opportunities to sponsor the awards and showcase are still available – email matt@eeawards.co.uk for more information.
